The Presidential Transition Health Policy Team is encouraging Americans to participate in Health Care Community Discussions. These Community Discussions are part of the President-elect’s continuing efforts to reach out and directly involve the American people in their own government. Health care is a top priority for President-elect Obama, and he wants your help in designing a system that provides quality, affordable health care for all Americans. He and his Team will review the submissions from all of these gatherings. President-elect Obama wants to bring the voices and health care concerns of all Americans to Washington.
The Presidential Transition Health Policy Team is also interested in particularly poignant stories about health care from participants that can be used to help emphasize the need for health care reform in our country. Those willing to share their stories will be videotaped so that the video can be sent to the Presidential Transition Health Policy Team.
This is non-partisan discussion & survey that will allow you to have your voice heard in the development of our country’s new health care policies!
A Health Care Community Meeting and Survey for the Obama-Biden Transition Project in Stafford will be at the Porter Library on Tuesday, December 30th, at 7 pm.
If you’d like to participate, RSVP here by Friday, December 26th.
