Twenty. 2-0.
I think Lowell Feld says it best, Obama’s “sure not playing for 2nd place in Virginia!”
In 2006 I asked Steve Jarding, Jim Webb’s campaign manager, if he thought a Democratic presidential candidate would finally be able to carry Virginia’s electoral votes. (It hasn’t happened since 1964) Steve told me that, until a Democrat shows up to compete…. it’s just not gonna happen. I think it’s safe to say that Sen. Obama is showing up.

Yet I notice there is a certain region that doesn’t have an office in it…
I’m just saying.
Yeah, whuzzupwiddat?
The exurbs are THE swing areas that decide Virginia elections. And yet, with 20 offices, nothing in our region of a quarter million? Nothing closer than Woodbridge?
Maybe Obama should spend less on storefronts in Castlewood and more on someone who knows how to invest campaign funds.
BTW — are there any stores in Castlewood? It’s a wide spot on a country road in the middle of nowhere, in a region where Obama will be battling Barr for second.
Pardon me for using the last Census. We’ve actually passed a third of a million.
In the Fredericksburg area a coordinated campaign office is open at:

Fredericksburg, VA 22401
On the corner of Lafayette and Willis St.
