We all know that Virginia DMV’s policy towards vanity license plates is pretty loosey goosey. In other words, don’t mess with the cash cow.
There’s very little that gets rejected by our favorite state service.

PRAZ JZS (Good)
S8N LUVR (Bad…very,very bad)
